Jeff has been a blessing from the first day I met him.  With Jeff you get the complete package.  He will show up on time ready to listen and spend the time needed to get to know what you want.  Then he will plan the work within your budget.  If something does not work in the budget, he will show you creative ways to make it work.  Don't worry about permits, subcontactors or anything else because Jeff takes care of it all.  He is honest, patient, and is a great teacher if you want to learn about the work he is doing.  Beyond that, his prices are reasonable.  On my first flip, his quote was half of what another contractor quoted me! Five stars are not enough for Jeff.  He is the best!
